They are input signals for position detections of mechanical systems.
There are the following signals:
+ EL: Sensor signal to detect the end limit position in (+) positive direction.
- EL: Sensor signal to detect the end limit position in (-) negative direction.
SD: Sensor signal to detect the deceleration start position (Independent input is available for each operation direction).
ORG: Sensor signal to detect the origin position.
